Product Availability
Products currently displayed on the Site are offered for sale as a convenience to the public and subject to stock availability.
Prices
Prices shown on the Site are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The price of the products and our delivery charges will be listed on the Site when placing an order.
Orders
It takes time to process orders. The order will be confirmed within THREE (3) business days, not including weekends and holidays, after the payment is received. A team member will send an order confirmation to customers regarding their order and item availability. You will receive a separate confirmation when your order has shipped or is ready for pick up.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
No refunds are available once an order has been placed.
The delivery date of your order will depend on the delivery service you choose. Further, Dalton will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, AliPayHK, FPS and Octopus.
During the checkout process you will be asked to complete your payment details. All indicated fields are mandatory and must be completed.
